Hy everybody,
it's been some time that I don't tell you about my car. Well, in the last months I've been doing some esthetical work on it, mostly on the interiors. Now it has a black cockpit and finally a stereo system... From the mechanical side I didn't do much, but in the future I'm planning to put on it a direct exahust system, and maybe some bigger cylinders/pistons which are available for visa engines...
here are some new and higer quality pics:

bye!

Hi Andy,
Nice car, where did you found those wheels? And did you mount them direct or an adapter was needed?

Peter. _________________ Houd hem tussen de lijntjes.....Met de glimmende zijde boven! |

I'm wondering about your softtop.
Do you stay dry when driving in the rain because you seem to have no doors....
Is there a lot of water leaking round the front window?
It looks o.k.! |

Hy, the wheels were originally mounted into a 2cv which had been modified with a Visa engine, a 5-gears gearbox ect. I don't know where that car now is, but I kept the wheels. They're original made for 2cv, also you don't need any adapter. They're also qute rare...(you've probably noticed that the back wheels are larger than the front ones). The only problem with them is that they're quite heavy (made of iron..) and you really feel that while you drive, mostly when you drive over a bump or so. |

Hy,
the softtop has 2 doors included. I rarely use them because it's really a mess to get into the car then. The doors are soft and you can't detach them from the rest of the softtop, also I left them stay in the trunk. I'd love to find some hard doors, so that I could use them without the hood mounted, but I never found a solution...
About water leaks I have to say that when it rains very hard it comes water in from everywere, but into normal raining conditions the softtop works well. Of course with no doors some water comes in, but it's also the funniest way to drive, because you see all the water sprayed up by the wheels just some centimeters close to you... |

Hello
I also manufactured my Falcon.
I made my roof but shorter because I decided to make a trunk with a door bag.
Your personalization of your Falcon is pretty… it is the pleasure of building its car.
The rims are Delta Mic out of sheet, heavy but also sporting look.
The advantage of having made its roof to measure is to have a better insulation of the wind and rain.
Good recreation with your Falcon.
